Each Space serves as a centralized hub where you can organize searches and threads by topic or project, upload files (PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV), and invite collaborators as viewers or research partners. The AI searches both uploaded documents and the web simultaneously, providing answers that draw from both internal and external sources. Enterprise Pro users gain additional capabilities including file syncing from Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, and Dropbox, as well as third-party data integrations with Crunchbase and FactSet. Spaces support configurable permissions for private or team access, and you can query across entire folders with natural language questions.
