Editorial Policy

How we research, write, verify, and correct our coverage. Last updated: April 2026.

Our editorial principles

  • Accuracy first. We verify factual claims against primary sources before publishing.
  • Independent. Editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial relationship with companies we cover.
  • Original. Each article adds analysis, context, comparison, or an editor's verdict beyond what is available in the source material.
  • Transparent. We disclose how content is produced, including where AI tools assist, and we publish corrections openly.

Our process

  1. Topic selection. Editors decide what is worth covering based on relevance to readers, newsworthiness, and the availability of verifiable information. We do not chase rumor or unverified leaks.
  2. Research. We gather information from primary sources first: official announcements, vendor documentation, model cards, GitHub repositories, research papers, and verified press coverage.
  3. Drafting. Articles are drafted with AI assistance for speed and structure, then edited by humans for accuracy, framing, and judgment. AI does not decide what is published.
  4. Verification. Factual claims are cross-checked against at least one primary source. Numbers (benchmarks, prices, dates) are checked against the original document.
  5. Citation. Every article includes a sources section linking the primary references that informed it, so readers can verify independently.
  6. Publication. Once an editor signs off, the article is published with timestamp and category. Updates and corrections are timestamped separately.

AI assistance disclosure

Evermx uses AI tools (large language models) as part of its research and drafting workflow. We believe transparency about this is more important than pretending otherwise.

What AI does in our workflow:

  • Aggregating and summarizing source material gathered from public sources we explicitly select.
  • Producing initial drafts that are then edited by humans.
  • Drafting consistent metadata such as titles, summaries, tags, and structured fields.
  • Suggesting illustrative thumbnail imagery for visual identity.

What AI does not do:

  • It does not decide what is worth publishing.
  • It does not invent quotations, statistics, or citations.
  • It does not publish content without human review and approval.

Sourcing standards

We prioritize primary sources whenever possible: official vendor announcements, technical documentation, model cards, repository READMEs, research papers, and earnings disclosures. Where we rely on secondary reporting, we link the original publication and credit it openly.

Every article includes a sources section with direct links so readers can verify the underlying material themselves.

Independence

Evermx is not owned, sponsored, or directed by any AI company we cover. We do not accept payment from companies in exchange for favorable coverage, ranking, inclusion, or omission.

The site is supported by display advertising served through standard advertising networks. The advertising business is structurally separate from editorial decisions, and ad placement does not influence what we cover or how we cover it.

Affiliate and sponsored content

If an article contains affiliate links or any paid placement, that disclosure appears clearly within the article. Sponsored or paid content, where it ever appears, is labeled distinctly from editorial coverage and is not subject to the same selection and verification standards described above.

Corrections and updates

When we discover or are notified of a factual error, we correct it as soon as practical. Substantive corrections are noted at the article level so the change is visible to readers.

Articles are also updated as new official information becomes available. Significant updates carry a revised timestamp.

To report a factual error or request a correction, email info@evermx.com with the article URL and the specific issue.

User-generated content

Comments and forum posts represent the views of their authors, not of Evermx. We moderate to remove spam, abuse, and content that violates our Terms of Service.
