Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

2. Litigation regarding disputes between the Service and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Service's headquarters.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms of Service are effective from January 1, 2024.
