iFixAi is an auditing tool for AI agents that asks whether an agent is doing the job it is supposed to do against business KPIs and organizational structure, rather than only measuring technical capability such as token efficiency or latency. The project says it gives that answer in less than 120 seconds. It ships 60 inspections grouped into 25 categories: five core pillars (Fabrication, Manipulation, Deception, Unpredictability, Opacity) plus twenty premium categories. The A-F grade is a weighted average of the core pillars only (manipulation 0.35, fabrication 0.20, and 0.15 each for deception, unpredictability and opacity), with A at 0.90 or above and F below 0.60; mandatory minimums on B01, B08 and P01 cap the overall score at 60% if missed. "Premium" is described as a capability tier rather than a paywall, and the repository includes 28 premium-tier inspections as a free preview; they are scored and reported separately and do not feed the grade, apart from P01. Suites are smoke (3 tests), strategic (8), core (32), extended (28) and all (60). There are three ways to run it: a guided CLI wizard (ifixai setup, then ifixai run), explicit CLI flags for scripting and CI, or a plugin or skill driven by an agent. The plugin is documented for Claude Code and Codex, and a uvx ifixai install command scaffolds a /ifixai-skill command for Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Cline, Continue, Gemini and Zed. A grade is called citable when a second, independent provider acts as the judge; a bundled mock provider run is expected to show a failing 15/60 scorecard because the default fixture has seeded defects. Targets can be reached through an OpenAI-compatible HTTP endpoint or a custom ChatProvider adapter, and provider extras cover Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Azure, Bedrock, OpenRouter and others. Reports are written as JSON and Markdown. It requires Python 3.10 or later and is released under Apache 2.0. It sends pseudonymous run telemetry, disclosed on first run and off automatically in CI, which can be disabled with --no-telemetry, IFIXAI_TELEMETRY=0 or DO_NOT_TRACK=1.
